Royal Mail- Special delivery: £5
Once you have placed your order you will receive an automated order confirmation via email or text. Please be advised that this does not mean your order has been accepted and Designer Lock Up retains the rights to cancel/amend the order.
Orders can take up to 2 days to process before being shipped. You will receive a tracking number once the items have been posted.
Once shipped the estimated delivery time is 1-2 days.
All items will require a signature upon delivery.
If you have not put in the correct address at checkout we will not be held liable if the parcel is then lost. If your parcel is shown as signed for, our liability for lost and stolen parcels ends there, if you have a dispute regarding receiving your delivery after it is shown as signed for you must personally take it up with Royal Mail.
