Exchange/Refund
Designer Lock Up offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item, if we cannot offer an exchange then a refund will be provided.
To be eligible for return, the items must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition in which they were received. The item must have original tags still attached and must have original packaging.
Failure to comply will result in loss of refund.
To complete the return we will need proof of purchase.
Shipping Returns
To return an item please contact us in advance and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item has been received and accepted by Designer Lock Up, we will process the refund excluding delivery costs.
Items over £50 are recommended being shipped using a trackable shipping service or have shipping insurance. We are not liable if the item goes missing during transit and we will not provide refund if we do not receive the item.
